What’s the usual waiting time for an app to be approved by Google Play/Apple App Store?

We do not guarantee your app will be approved by one of the app stores. The approval may take a few days to a few weeks – depend on the app store and the individual app reviewer. 

How can I change the description that I wrote on the submission form?

How can I change my app’s name?

In the Publishing section on the left Menu bar, in the Store Listing tab, you can change the name of your app as well as description and images.
