(English) How to sync the booking feature with an iCal account

Learn how to synchronize your iCal account with the booking feature to see all your meeting:

1. Go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and log in by using your apple id credentials

2. Under “Security”, please check “TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION” status. If the status is already “On”, skip to step number 4

3. If “TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION” status is not active is the same as in the screenshot below, please follow these instructions in order to activate it:

• Go to “Settings” on your iPhone or iPad.
• Click on the Apple ID banner.
• Click on Password & Security.
• Click on “Turn On Two-Factor Authentication”
• Click “Continue”.
• Click “Continue” again
• Enter your iPhone’s passcode.
• Click “Done”.

4. Click on “Generate Password…” (See screenshot below)

5. In the popup, enter the name “bobile” and click on the “Create” button

6. Copy and paste the generated password somewhere you can save it for later use.

7. Login to your bobile desktop workspace and go to the Booking section on the left menu and go to the “SETTINGS” tab

8. On “Settings”, scroll down to “Sync existing calendars” and click on the sync icon

9. Choose the iCal option and click on the “Sync with iCal” green button

10. On the upper field, enter your apple id and on the lower field, enter the password you generated in step 6. Then click on the “sign in” button

that’s it, you are all set!
