(English) Redeem Rewards for Completed Loyalty Cards
Once clients finish a Loyalty Card, they get a reward:
- A free item from the mobile shop /service you offered
- A discount on an item from the mobile shop / service you offer
- A custom reward you created
To redeem a Loyalty card in the workspace, go to the ‘Members Club’ section and select the Loyalty card and go to the “Who’s Using It” tab. Choose a client and stamp their card.
As long as the card isn’t fully stamped, the redeem icon will be grey
Once the card is fully stamped, the icon will turn blue When you go to the “Who’s Using It” tab, you can see the stamp history for each user, redeem the card and add another one.
You can also Stamp and Redeem a reward from the client’s entry, under the Members Club section, in the Members Tab, find the client and click “Stamp Card”

If you have activated the “Add stamps automatically” option in the loyalty card settings – once clients completed a purchase that is related to this loyalty card (purchase a product or a service that is part of his loyalty card), the card will automatically be punched.
You can also Redeem the reward from bobile Admin App.

To redeem a reward for a specific client, follow these instructions:
Step 1: Click the icon.
Step 2: Submit the name of the clients and click Search.
Step 3: Choose the client you want to reward
Step 4: Click Redeem Reward
Step 5: Submit the code to your client’s phone.
Your client can find his unique redeeming code on your app, under My Account, under Rewards.
You can also scan the QR code instead.
