Redeem Coupons

To redeem a coupon, each client receives a unique number, allowing you to track coupons usage.

Your clients can claim coupons on your mobile app in the “Coupons” section

Once clients claim a coupon, it will appear under My Account (Members Zone), in the Coupons tab where they will find their unique ID number and QR code, or if a coupon is eligible to be redeemed on a purchase

Redeem Coupons on the web workspace

Go to “Coupons” on the left menu and access the coupon. Go into the desired coupon and go to the “Who’s Using It” tab and find the client. Click the  Redeem icon  

Submit the one-time code that appears your client’s phone and click Redeem.

Redeem from your smartphone

You can redeem a coupon using bobile’s Admin App:

• By submitting the code
• By scanning the QR code

The code will disappear and your client will not be able to claim or redeem this coupon again.
