Push Greetings

Send greetings to your clients on holidays such as Halloween, Christmas or special occasions – birthdays and anniversaries.

 

Click on the plus sign to create a new campaign

 

Select the occasion,  such as a holiday:

 

Choose the design of the greeting

 

Edit the text and signature, if you wish

In the “who and when’ tab, choose the audience – everyone or specific groups (priorly created in “Groups” tab, under the “clients ” section)

Submit the date and time  and click “Save”

 

The push will be sent to your clients at the time you specified. They will click on the push notification and the greeting will open up inside your app. They can always see it in their Members Zone, under notifications.

Special occasions

Send a greeting to your clients on special occasions such as birthday and anniversary.

This push will be sent to clients based on the dates they provided on their Members Zone under the personal information.

• Select an occasion, for example, Birthday.
• Choose your audience: Send to all clients or a specific group of clients.
• Submit when to send it – The time of the day.
• Choose the design of the greeting (more options coming soon!)
• Use our pre-filled greeting, or customize it with your own words.

When you finish, click Save.

The push will be sent to your clients at the time you specified. They will click on the push notification and the greeting will open up inside your app. They can always see it again in their Members Zone, under notifications.
