In this tab, you can define what information your clients should provide you, and set your Members Club as exclusive.

First, set the number of points granted to clients once they download the app,  register and complete the Welcome Tour. The recommended number of points is 300, but you can change it as you wish.

Exclusive Members Club

By setting the Members Club as exclusive, members can join by your invitation only.
Set the duration of the exclusive membership and the contact person that will appear if someone tries to join or have any issues.

Once set, go to the Members tab, invite new members and activate/deactivate as you wish.

Choosing the type of information collected:

This will enable you to greet clients on their birthday and anniversary and group them based on gender, and where they live – Hide or Unhide the fields of information you wish to collect.

You can always see your clients’ information under the Members Club tab, add and update their personal information, write internal notes, send them emails, give personal benefits and watch benefits history, sort them by groups, and see their latest activity.

This form is always available on your mobile app, under the Members Zone which called My Account on clients’ devices. Clicking on the gearwheel will take them to the form, where they will fill it out.
