(English) Create a New Push Campaign
Go to the Push Manager section on the left main menu and choose whether to send it in another time (the Schedule tab) or to send it now (Send Now tab). To create a new push campaign click the plus icon:
* If you wish to create a scheduled push notification, go to the “Scheduled” tab. The instructions are the same, with an option to set a time for the notification to be sent.
A push notification includes a text message that will pop up as an SMS message on your clients’ device, and whatever you choose to link to the push notification
Insert the title of the notification and select what will this notification lead to – the type of promotion or coupons, Loyalty card, produced or a customized action:
Our recommendation for the text message is using less than 40 characters altogether.
Type of Promotion:
Coupon: Redirect clients to an existing coupon you created earlier.
Product: Redirect clients to an existing product you created earlier on your mobile shop.
Loyalty cards: Redirect clients to an existing Loyalty card you created earlier.
Customized promotion: Add your own text and media items to create a customized promotion. Simply add the elements you wish to add (text, video, image slider, links, audio and more) and submit the required fields.
Target Audience:
Choose who you want to send a notification to – all your app users, guests, registered members only, users that are in a certain stage of the relationship funnel, or a specific group of clients based on the groups you created in the members club
If you want to send this push notification to a specific group of clients, you will need first to sort your clients into groups. Learn how to create a clients’ group
When you are done, you can click “Send Now” or “Just Save” to save as draft and send later
