Yes, you can, look up for the Booking feature in your workspace.

Additional settings:

Sync employee’s existing calendars

Sync your employee’s calendar with yours. This will automatically update their calendar with new bookings scheduled for them.

To sync employees’ calendars, go to the setting tab and scroll down to “Sync existing calendars”

Available external calendars to connect:

• iCal
• Outlook
• Google Calendar

In the Booking feature you can also:

• Manage & track appointments – Manage your employees’ schedule, synchronize the schedule with existing calendars and provide permissions to employees to co-manage and track their schedule. Easily manage and track bookings of appointments and classes from your mobile phone and enable your clients to do the same.
• Various meeting types – Create individual meetings or with multiple participants for a class, lecture, workshop or a joined session. Your clients will be able to join an existing group based on the capacity and available time slots. Create a one-time event or a recurring class and allow clients to register and pay in advance while you track the attendees’ list and payments statues.
• Clients and Employees Reminders – Automatic reminders can help you organize appointments and eliminate no-shows, last-minute cancellations and change requests. Define when to send a push notification containing all appointment details directly to your clients’ smartphones.
