To test your Live Chat feature, first, you’ll need to download bobile Apps app from Google Play/Apple App Store

The bobile Apps is bobile’s app store, where you can find other apps build using bobile platform and it’s available for free to all of our users.

After opening bobile Apps on your smartphone:

1. Search & download your app from bobile Market app
2. Register as a new client
3. Go to the Live Chat screen and write something
4. In your desktop workspace, under the client entry (the one you registered with) you will be able to see the chat. 

Next time a client will send you a chat message, you’ll see it here or in your Admin App.
