In the Relationships section or the Home section on the left menu, under „Relationshiponship Funnel“ tab see how your clients move up your sales funnel and get full statistics information on clients’ engagement.

There are 5 levels in the clients’ engagement funnel:

  • Visitors – Someone who installed the app but hasn’t registered as a club member. These people are currently exploring your app as guests.
  • Started – A newly registered club member. At this stage, the first points are earned but not earned yet.
  • Collecting – A club member who has collected at least one reward or managed to collect enough points to upgrade to the first membership tier.
  • Consuming – A club member who has performed his first transaction in your app. (Booking, Ordering, Paying, etc..). Once a client performs more than one transaction, the transaction is removed from these statistics info and moved to the next section, as part of „Returning“ statistics.
  • Returning – A club member who has performed several transactions in your app & keeps coming back for more.

When clicking on each level, you can see additional statistics.

Visitors – Visited trends for Android and iOS in the past year, Scratches offered, and points offered.

Started – Points earned by an event, punches granted, loyalty cards started, scratch cards played, and Completed registration

Collecting – Membership upgrades, scratch winners, and Loyalty cards completed

Consuming – Redeemed rewards, purchased with points, and receive a discount. Once a client performs more than one transaction, the transaction is removed from these statistics info and moved to the next section, as part of „Returning“ statistics.

Returning – Visiting frequency, started more than 1 Loyalty cards, and made multiple purchases

Under the “Members” section, you can see a members list for each membership level. Clicking on the member will lead to his/her member’s card in the “Members Club” section.

In the “Member events” section you can filter all the events by their type and see which members completed the events, the value received and the time of completing the event.
