(English) Send/receive emails using the SMTP credential – for Partners
Once you insert your SMTP credential, you will need to make sure all your settings enable you to send and receive emails.
Please go through the following process:
1. Log in to your account on Google Admin console with your Gmail credentials. In the main page, go to the setting on the top left corner:
2. In the menu, click on Security:
3. Click on «Basic Settings:
4. At the bottom, click «Go to settings for unsafe applications»:
5. Activate the option «Allow users to manage their access to less secure applications»
That’s all you need to do in Google admin console.
6. In you email account, go to your email setting on the top left corner. In the «Forwarding and POP/IMAP» tab, make sure your settings are as shown below – Statues: POP is on «Enable POP for all mail», and Status: IMAP is «Enables IMAP», and click «Save Changes»:
7. Back to your workspace, click on «Test email»:
If all is set correctly, you will receive an email from bobile to approve that you are all set.
If you get this email from Google, one or more of your setting is not set correctly. Click «Check activity» and «Yes» to ensure Google that the activity is yours – and go over the above actions to make sure all is set.
If you get this message, click on «Learn More»

Go to Security, on the left menu:
Scroll down to «Less secure app access» and turn it «On»:
