From the Offers section on the left menu, go to the Punch Passes and the Clients tab.

Find the client with the Punch Pass you wish to cancel or pause and click the plus sign to open the details of this client’s activities. To pause or cancel the Punch Pass, click on the 3 dots menu on the left:

Click on «Cancel» and confirm.

If pause the Punch Pass, the next time you will click the 3 buttons, you will be able to «Resume».
