(English) How to cancel or pause subscriptions

Learn how to create a new subscription and redeem.

From the Offers section on the left menu, go to the Subscription and the Clients tab.

Find the client with the subscription you wish to cancel or pause and click the plus sign to open the details of this client’s activities. To pause or cancel the subscription, click on the 3 dots menu on the left:

Click on «Cancel» and confirm.

If pause the subscription, the next time you will click the 3 buttons, you will be able to «Resume».

If you enabled clients to self cancel, they can do this from the «My Account» section in the app, the Subscriptions tab, in the subscription (bottom part):
